Abstract

Every nurse has a different level of performance. This is because each individual has different abilities in capturing knowledge and skills. In addition to the nature of all the individuals themselves also have a lot of influence on the ability of nurses. Therefore, the management makes various efforts to support the creation of various efforts to support the creation of high performance in nurses. Organizational management also requires qualified nurses so that organizational performance can run according to organizational plans. The research method used is a survey, the survey method is designed to obtain information about the status of symptoms at the time the research is conducted with the aim of describing what variables or conditions or conditions exist in a situation. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and discussion of research results, it shows that the three alternative hypotheses (Ha) proposed in this study are accepted, and reject the null hypothesis (H0). There is a significant positive effect of work discipline and nurse communication together on the performance of nurses in the Emergency Room. This condition indicates that work discipline and nurse communication are two important variables to consider in explaining the increase in nurse performance. The results of the "F" test analysis obtained a magnitude of 26.57. This magnitude was consulted with the value Ftable (0.01), which obtained a magnitude of 5.49, which indicates that the correlation coefficient between work discipline and nurse communication together with nurse performance is very significant.
